BLACKPINK performed at the Grammy Artist Showcase and grabbed the audiences’ attention with their unique charisma.
On February 9 (local time), BLACKPINK had their first-ever debut performance in the US on the ‘Universal Music Group Grammy Artist Showcase’ held in Los Angeles, California. The group performed at the 2019 Universal Music Group Grammy Artist Showcase as the representative artists of ‘Interscope Records’.
BLACKPINK performed ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ with confident stage manners. Some of the people in the audience followed the group’s dance moves. The video of BLACKPINK’s performance is currently being shared numerous times through various social media platforms.
BLACKPINK stood shoulder to shoulder with famous musicians including Lil Baby and Greta Van Fleet. Lucian Grainge, the president of Universal Music Group, also participated the event.
Meanwhile, Billboard has previously congratulated BLACKPINK’s performance at the Grammy Artist Showcase by writing, “BLACKPINK will warm up by having their first-ever US performance at the showcase, prior to their appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’”.
